Introduction

Before Amy sold homes, she looked after them.

For more than twenty years Amy Dalrymple lived in the mountain communities of the Vail Valley, building a career in association and property management around Beaver Creek. She knows what a well-run building looks like from the inside, what an HOA budget is really saying, and what it takes to keep a house working at 8,100 feet.

Today she brings that grounding to buyers and sellers across Denver and the Front Range as a Broker Associate with The Nest at Compass.

Why it matters

What two decades of looking after property teaches you.

  1. She reads the documents.

Years inside association management mean the declaration, the budget and the reserve study get a close reading before you are committed, not after.

  2. She knows both elevations.

Mountain second homes and Front Range primary residences run on different clocks. Amy lived with the first for twenty years and now works in the second, which matters most to people moving between them.

  3. She lives on the land.

Amy rides, competes in eventing and lives on a small horse property of her own. Wells, fencing, footing and hay storage are daily life for her, not line items on a checklist.

  4. She has a team behind her.

The Nest at Compass pairs her with colleagues who specialize in negotiation, financing, new-build contracts, investment property and renovation.
